28 July 2004Joe holds the only reason we don’t see NBC attacks in the US is because the people who could do so don’t want to. Apparently, one of them did want to and followed through with it. The whole thing is confused - why put the note in the jar and the poison? Why not just the note? Was this a demo of what is possible? Too many questions, no answers.
