Firearms makers wishing to sell in California have until 2010 to implement microstamping on the casings ejected from pistols. I wish manufacturers like Glock and Smith & Wesson would just pull out of the California market like Barrett did; I know it won’t happen, though. Also signed into law is an act making illegal lead bullets in the range of the California Condor. This is a self-solving problem; shoot any condor you see and the range gets smaller.
