    2. You’re welcome. I don’t know why these are so hard to find, but I have to tell you, the postings I make about hard reset sequences are the most popular ones I make. :)

    3. How long does it sit at the clean boot screen, it has been a couple of minutes and nothing is happening. I soft re-set the unit and it looks like everything is gone.

    11. I have tried at least 10 times but, no luck. Is there a sequence to releasing the buttons or length of time to hold?

    12. Just wait for the screen to come up before you release.

    13. Thanks for the info. I am still having issues…when I do step one, how long do I have to hold it down for.
I am trying to resell my handheld…by performing a hard reset will this delete all my info and keep anyone from getting it in the future?
      Thanks

    14. you have to hold all three buttons marked 1 down until the screen comes up after reboot. Yes, this clears all the info for resale.

    16. Well I got it to work and it did a clean reboot…however, it is stuck on the align your page screen…it says tap firmly to aling the page and I do…but it freezes. I did a soft reset twice and nothing works…any advice?
      Thanks

    20. Sorry, I guess that is what you meant when you wrote “Power on”. However, it only worked for me from an off state.
