ARMS prevails against Troy Industries
ARMS won a trade secrets lawsuit against Troy. A lot of this is going around; Troy won a suit against Samson recently for the same thing. Magpul has rumbled about all the motherfuckers they’re going to sue once they get all the patents issued; I wouldn’t want to be C-Products once they do.
Grandfather’s patents
In 2000 or so, I tried to show Joe my grandfather’s patents. All of the searches of USPTO showed nothing; I knew I’d read them at his house, but they weren’t in the database.
I got a link today from my dad with one of the patents. I was able to back up a little and get a list of patents from Google; if you read between the lines you see the early work he did on SRB fuel.
