It was nice to get to the range
I came in third in a practical rifle competition! Sadly, I was one of three shooters. It was a lot of fun, even if I only scored 16/80. Second was 24/80 and first was 26/80; as a consolation prize, I got to see a nice range that reaches 500+ yards.
What range is that? Looks pretty nice.

Upper Nisqually Sportsman’s outside Eatonville. Nice place, pistol and shotgun bays, etc.

West side of the Cascades– beautiful man-made clearings walled in by impenetrable foliage.

We had to stop shooting several times for deer to mosey off the range. Very nice.
