If there isn’t already a movie about gangs, radical activist groups and conspiracies therebetween, wherein you find out only at the end that every single person involved is an undercover fed (unbeknownst to every other fed) there should be. Better yet it would be a documentary. We could start with Fast & Furious, but I think we could go back decades in time and come up with a fair number of them.
