My de facto employer had a web outage today; you might have seen it on the news. The trouble ticket documenting the issue was forwarded around internally; popular reading, to the point that it took the ticketing system out (you got a nice red banner at the top telling you about the ticketing outage, with a link to a ticket documenting the ticketing outage). Very meta.
